1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.akmind.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Our Services

AKMind provides online AI education programs for learners and AI enthusiasts through live expert mentorship sessions, gamified learning, and self-paced content.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be 18 or older to create a parent account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • One account per family is recommended

4. Free Trial

The free trial gives full access to the AKMind curriculum for a limited period at no cost. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of this document.

  • The trial runs for 7 days, starting when you complete the trial registration form — not when you first sign in.
  • During the trial you get the same access as an enrolled AI Innovators student: every lesson, video, game and simulation across all three programs. Lessons unlock in order and each requires its quiz to be passed, exactly as they do for enrolled students.
  • One trial per learner. We treat a repeated email address or phone number as the same learner, and we may refuse or end a trial where we believe multiple trials have been taken for one learner.
  • No payment method is collected, no charge is ever made, and nothing renews. There is nothing to cancel — access ends automatically on the final day.
  • A trial account is personal to the named learner. Sign-in credentials must not be shared with, or used by, anyone else. Sharing credentials ends the trial immediately.
  • All course content remains the property of AkonnAI LLP and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning during the trial period only. You may not download, screen-record, screenshot for redistribution, copy, republish, resell, or use any part of the content to train a machine learning model, or make it available to any other person or organisation, whether or not for payment.
  • Automated access, scraping, bulk downloading, circumventing the lesson unlock order, or attempting to reach content outside the learning platform is prohibited and will end the trial.
  • We may suspend or end a trial at any time where we believe these terms have been broken, or where use appears intended to extract content rather than to learn. We are not obliged to give notice or a reason, and no refund arises because no payment was taken.
  • Because a trial involves no payment, no refund, credit or compensation is available in respect of it, including where a trial is ended early under these terms.
  • Progress, badges and completed work are kept when the trial ends. If you enrol later, the same account continues from where the learner left off.
  • Where a trial is not converted into a paid enrolment, we may delete the trial account and its associated personal data after a reasonable period, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
  • The trial is provided as-is. Mentor sessions, live support and any service element of a paid program are not included unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • We may change the length, availability or contents of the free trial at any time. A change does not affect a trial already in progress.

5. Payment and Refunds

Program fees are listed on our Pricing page. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

  • Full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment
  • After 7 days unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis
  • Refund requests must be sent to hello@akmind.com

6. Code of Conduct

Learners and parents agree to:

  • Treat mentors and staff with respect
  • Not record sessions without written consent
  • Not share login credentials with others, on a paid enrolment or a free trial
  • Use the platform only for its intended educational purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AKMind including curriculum, videos and materials is the property of AkonnAI LLP. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AKMind is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the current program phase.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
