Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all program enrolments purchased on www.akmind.com.

2. Full Refund Window

A full refund of the program fee is available if requested within 7 days of enrolment, regardless of how many lessons have been accessed.

3. After 7 Days

• Unused live mentor sessions are refunded on a pro rata basis
• Completed lessons and issued certificates are not refundable

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@akmind.com from the registered parent email address with the learner name and program.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after that, subject to the issuing bank.

6. Cancellation by AkonnAI LLP

If a cohort is cancelled by us, the full fee is refunded.

7. Free Trial

The free trial involves no payment and no card is collected, so no refund, credit or compensation applies to it — including where a trial ends early. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel: access ends on its own at the end of the trial period. If you enrol after a trial, the refund terms above apply to that enrolment from the date of payment.
